Common EDI Requirements

  • Shipment / Label Creation

    Once a status is signed against a shipment in your ERP or Inventory Management System, Crossfire will send a request to Smartfreight to pull rates from your shipping partners. This will auto-generate the labels in your printer.

  • Tracking Details

    Crossfire will pull the tracking details from Smartfreight and push these into your ERP / Inventory Management System, and mark the order as ‘shipped’ or a similar status.

Other EDI Requirements

  • Purchase Orders

    Have purchase orders sent from your supplier automatically entered into SmartFreight via Crossfire's cloud EDI.

  • Inventory Balances

    Have your inventory on hand in SmartFreight updated via Crossfire's cloud EDI from your 3rd party logistics provider.
