Common EDI Requirements

Have orders from any customer automatically loaded into Brightpearl via Crossfire's cloud EDI/API integration service and/or from your eCommerce platform.

Send shipping notices to your customers once you've shipped an order in Brightpearl.

Send invoices automatically to your customers or your accounting package using Crossfire's cloud EDI service.

Once an order has been reviewed and quantities potentially updated, when the order is confirmed Crossfire will send a PO Acknowledgment back to your customer.

Other EDI Requirements

Have purchase orders sent from your supplier(s). Crossfire will automatically push these into Brightpearl via our integration service.
