An ASN is sent to Chewy via Crossfire when a shipment is created. This confirms the delivery details and outlines the contents of the order.

When you're ready to, you can send invoices to Chewy via Crossfire at the press of a button. This usually happens by confirming an invoice or completing an order in most systems.

If Chewy needs to amend an order they have already sent to you, they will send through a PO Change. Crossfire will pick this up, and push this into your system, with an identifier that indicates that there is a change to the order.
