Common EDI Requirements

  • Invoice (INV) (810)

    When you're ready to, you can send invoices to Foot Locker via Crossfire at the press of a button. This usually happens by confirming an invoice or completing an order in most systems.

  • Purchase Order (PO) (850)

    Receive Purchase Orders from Foot Locker into your system automatically via Crossfire.

  • Purchase Order Acknowledgement (POA) (855)

    Once you have reviewed the order in your system, and updated quantities (if applicable), Crossfire will pull a POA, which will be sent to Foot Locker.

  • Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) (856)

    An ASN is sent to Foot Locker via Crossfire when a shipment is created. This confirms the delivery details and outlines the contents of the order.

  • Product Activity Data (852)

    Product Activity Data is sent from Foot Locker. Crossfire will typically pick this up, translate it into a readable format/report and send this to you.

  • Purchase Order Change (POC) (860)

    If Foot Locker needs to amend an order they have already sent to you, they will send through a PO Change. Crossfire will pick this up, and push this into your system, with an identifier that indicates that there is a change to the order.
