Tractor Supply Integration with Crossfire - Use Cases

Common EDI Requirements

  • Purchase Order (PO) (850)

Receive Purchase Orders from Tractor Supply into your system automatically via Crossfire.

  • Purchase Order Change (POC) (860)

If Tractor Supply needs to amend an order they have already sent to you, they will send through a PO Change. Crossfire will pick this up, and push this into your system, with an identifier that indicates that there is a change to the order.

  • Purchase Order Acknowledgement (POA) (855)

Once you have reviewed the order in your system, and updated quantities (if applicable), Crossfire will pull a POA, which will be sent to Tractor Supply.

  • Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) (856)

An ASN is sent to Tractor Supply via Crossfire when a shipment is created. This confirms the delivery details and outlines the contents of the order.

  • Invoice (INV) (810)

When you're ready to, you can send invoices to Tractor Supply via Crossfire at the press of a button. This usually happens by confirming an invoice or completing an order in most systems.

  • Inventory

Tractor Supply requires that you send them your inventory levels (usually once or twice a day). We manage this for you. Crossfire pulls inventory levels from your system and automatically sends this to Tractor Supply.
